Insert refers to any printed matter inserted into some other printed object, such as a magazine or folder. In the context of presentation folders, it refers to the sheets and/or leaflets that will be retained in the folder pocket.

The combined thickness of the inserts will determine whether you need a capacity or non-capacity folder.
